In case you didn't see it in your emails, this just came out from Yarbo:
Dear Yarbo Family,
I hope this message finds you well and that you’re enjoying the holiday season with your loved ones!
We want to take a moment to acknowledge the recent issues some of you have experienced following our latest firmware update. Please know that our team has been working diligently to address these concerns, and we sincerely appreciate your patience during this time.
We also want to provide more context regarding the recent firmware update. As you may have noticed, it included significant changes to the mapping process, and we made adjustments to the underlying logic. In our eagerness to address user feedback quickly, we rushed some of the testing, which unfortunately led to issues we could have caught earlier.
We’ve carefully reflected on this, and we’re committed to improving our process moving forward. Going forward, especially for major updates, we will ensure thorough testing to deliver the most reliable and stable product possible.
We are excited to announce that the next firmware update, version 3.5.6, will be released soon. This update includes important fixes for several issues such as disappearing maps, unresponsiveness, auger height adjustments, unexpected automatic schedule activations, and RTK data transmission stability. We’ve rigorously tested this update, with over 30 of our PPP members involved, to ensure it addresses the concerns you’ve raised.
To further improve the update process, we will be rolling out the firmware gradually. Similar to smart car applications, we will release the firmware to 100 units first, then expand to 200, 400, 800, and so on. The full rollout will take place over the course of a week, ensuring a smooth and stable release for everyone.
