Patrol Mode experiences? Suitable for chasing off geese?

Hello - I'm considering trying the core unit for patrolling a riverside yard that has a goose problem. Am wondering if the app has settings for animal and person detection sensitivity so it won't just stop dead upon coming within a dozen feet or so of a goose. My concern is these geese may not be scared off if the unit is too polite and standoffish. Thanks for any suggestions or thoughts.

Patrol detection doesn't really do anything other than notify you if something is detected, and the core will just sit where it is until the detection is cleared. You could take manual control of it at that point to harass them, but otherwise the unit itself just waits, and repeating some phrase to them at some interval. "BAD GOOSE! BAD!"

That won't be useful. Best bet would be to not care if geese are there, or not, and just send it on a path made by a drunk with no detection. Make a cart that looks like a predator, and tow that around. Or find a way to fasten the predator to the handles above the core, that might work also. And it'd look pretty epic while you're mowing.

Thanks! From your suggestion it sounds like the core can be in patrol mode with detection turned off. Is that true? Since deterring geese with a mostly hands-off solution is my main goal I was going to skip the mower module, at least at first.

Another experiment started just today involves a coyote decoy, which might just fit perfectly on top of the core.

Yep!
So, here's the hard part.
You have GOT to make a video about this, lol. Doesn't need to be a 10 hour epic that beats the idea to death, but there has to be a great unveiling of the Yarbote (yarbo coyote) bossing a bunch of geese off the property, lol. Just make sure "yarbo" is in the title so we can find it on Youtube, it'd be hilarious.

If you leave the mower attached, can probably accomplish this with a one really long DeadEnd. I know we can schedule those with the mower. I don't think pathways show up as an option, last time I checked.
